Hi, I'm Jess, founder of The Rate Reviewers.

I've spent over 18 years working behind the scenes in payments operations, managing merchant accounts, overseeing operations, and working with processing costs and pricing structures.

Throughout my career, I've learned how processing fees work, which costs are set by the card networks, and which fees may have room for negotiation.

I started The Rate Reviewers because I saw how often small businesses are approached with promises of lower rates, but only if they're willing to switch processors.

The truth is, you may not need to switch at all.

My goal is simple: use my industry experience to help business owners understand what they're paying, identify opportunities to lower their costs, and negotiate better rates with the providers they already have.

I'm not here to sell you a new processor or equipment. I'm just here to help you save some money.
