What I collect: your name, business name, phone, email, the processing statements you send me, and, if you hire me, your merchant ID and signed authorization letter. If you pay by card, payment is processed by Stripe; I never see or store your full card number.

How I use it: only to review your statements, prepare your savings estimate, communicate with you, contact your processor on your behalf with your written authorization, and send your invoice.

Sharing: I do not sell or rent your information. I share it only with your own card processor (with your authorization), with another processor I recommend only if you approve it in writing first, with service providers I use to run the business (such as my website host, email, file storage, and Stripe), or when required by law.

Storage and deletion: your statements are stored securely and deleted once your project is complete and paid, unless you ask me to keep them. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
