Refund & Cancellation Policy

You only pay if you save.

The statement review is free. My one-time fee equals one month of the savings in your processor’s written offer, and it’s due when you approve that offer.

Cancellation

• You may cancel any time before you approve your Savings Summary, at no cost. To cancel, email me at review@theratereviewers.com.
• Once you’ve approved your Savings Summary and paid, the fee is earned.

Refunds

The fee is non-refundable once paid, except:

• Billing error: if you were charged the wrong amount, I’ll refund the difference.
• Pricing not applied: if your processor doesn’t apply the approved pricing within 60 days, I’ll refund your fee, or the part matching savings you didn’t receive.

Refund requests must be made in writing within 90 days of payment. After 90 days, the fee is final and no refund will be given for any reason.

To request a refund, email me at review@theratereviewers.com. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Increases your processor makes later, after the approved pricing has taken effect, are not grounds for a refund (see Terms of Service, section 6).

Delivery

Services are delivered remotely by phone and email. There are no physical products and nothing is shipped.
